EWELLIX LIFTKIT

Robots are often used for palletising, material handling, inspection, construction and similar applications. However, they reach their limits once the robot arm is fully extended at a certain height. The easy-to-assemble LIFTKIT increases the robot’s reach by enabling vertical axis movement. The robot base can be raised or lowered during operation, ensuring it is always in the optimum working position. This extended range improves productivity and reduces overall costs.

Ewellix LIFTKIT is a ready-to-install system that includes a lifting column with a robot mounting interface, a controller, and a software plug-in for compatible robots, allowing movements to be programmed directly via the robot controller. In the LIFTKIT-0S version, the column can be controlled via a standard Ethernet TCP/IP interface. With a simple command set, the LIFTKIT can be connected to virtually any type of robot and a dedicated program can be created to perform the lifting function.

EWELLIX SLIDEKIT 2.0

Several industrial applications such as finishing, welding and parts inspection require covering long distances to complete operations. These repetitive tasks are often performed manually, making them time-consuming and offering low added value for operators.

By integrating a linear module as a dynamic base for the robot, the handling operating area can be significantly extended, resulting in increased productivity and improved output quality. SLIDEKIT 2.0 enables quick and easy installation thanks to its standardized mechanical, electrical and software interfaces designed for Universal Robots. In just a few steps, the system is ready for operation and can be programmed directly within the robot environment.

In addition, SLIDEKIT is also available in a general-purpose version that uses simple digital I/O signals to control motion, making it compatible with other cobot brands. Cobots combined with the SLIDEKIT 2.0 linear module provide a cost-effective solution to upgrade existing assembly lines, transforming manual processes into fully automated systems. Compared to the previous generation, SLIDEKIT 2.0 offers enhanced system reactivity and stability, reduced operational noise, and an optimized design for limit switches and re-lubrication points.
