The Schaeffler Group began its operations in Turkey in 1986 with the establishment of INA Bearings Trade Co. Ltd. and the FAG Bearings Turkey liaison office. When FAG joined the Schaeffler Group in 2001, the two companies started operating jointly, and the company name was changed to Schaeffler Turkey Industry and Automotive Trade Co. Ltd. on October 11, 2016. Headquartered in Istanbul, the company offers a comprehensive product range for the automotive and industrial sectors across Turkey under the Schaeffler brands LuK, INA, FAG, and Ruville.
