Established in 1966 to produce windings, Volt Motor began manufacturing single-phase electric motors in 1987, followed by three-phase electric motors, thus securing its place in the electric motor production industry.Between 2011 and 2024, Volt Motor became a subsidiary of Saya Holding. Through technology investments and R&D efforts, the company, with its 45,000 m² production area and nearly 800 employees, expanded its product range from frame size 56 to frame size 355, reaching up to 450 kW in power capacity.As of December 2024, Volt Electric Motors became part of WEG, one of the largest electric motor manufacturers in the world, while also standing as one of Turkey’s largest electric motor producers.Since its founding, Volt Motor has achieved remarkable success in the electric motor production industry and continues to make a difference in the sector by reflecting its innovative projects in its business processes.
